Karen studied Shiatsu Therapy and Chinese Cupping at the Australian Shiatsu College under the guidance of Cathie Hunter.

Karen also studied Remedial Massage Therapy at the East West College under the guidance of Linda Borkowski and is a registered member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

Karen has a strong interest in pregnancy and childbirth and has worked with many expectant mums to facilitate, through the use of acupressure points, the most natural birth possible.

Karen believes that today’s society needs to come back to a level of understanding that birth is a natural lifecycle and women need to be empowered to believe they can have a calm, comfortable childbirth without stress or anxiety.

Fear is the most compounding element in childbirth, however through HypnoBirthing education expectant parents can achieve confidence, lifetime skills and the most natural birth that is right for them.
