Pelvic Floor exercises

A weakened pelvic floor may cause all incontinence, or the leaking of urine when coughing or sneezing, or general pelvic pain. The pelvic floor is the group of muscles and ligaments that support the bladder, womb and the bowel. They are the muscles we use to “hold on” when we have the urge to urinate or pass wind, and automatically contract when we sneeze.
